國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在9月22日第七十五屆聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)一般性辯論上發(fā)表重要講話：“宣布中國(guó)將提高國(guó)家自主貢獻(xiàn)力度，采取更加有力的政策和措施，力爭(zhēng)2030年前二氧化碳排放達(dá)到峰值，努力爭(zhēng)取2060年前實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和”。

     President of the people's Republic of China Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the general debate of the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly on September 22: "Announced that China will increase its nationally determined contribution, adopt more powerful policies and measures, strive to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030, and strive to achieve carbon neutrality before 2060."   

      國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在12月12日氣候雄心峰會(huì)上發(fā)表了 《繼往開來，開啟全球應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化新征程》的重要講話，提出3點(diǎn)倡議：

      At the Climate Ambition Summit on December 12, President of the people's Republic of China Xi Jinping delivered an important speech entitled "Building on Past achievements and Opening up a New Journey for the Global Response to Climate Change", and proposed 3 initiatives:        團(tuán)結(jié)一心，開創(chuàng)合作共贏的氣候治理新局面。

    Unite and create a new situation of climate governance with win-win cooperation.

    提振雄心，形成各盡所能的氣候治理新體系。

    Boost ambition and form a new climate governance system that everyone can do their best.     

    增強(qiáng)信心，堅(jiān)持綠色復(fù)蘇的氣候治理新思路。

     Enhance confidence and adhere to the new climate governance approach of green recovery.
